Q: What exclusive benefits do subscribers get?
A: Subscribers unlock all courses, enjoy ad-free workouts, and get early access to new content.
Q: Will benefits end immediately after cancellation?
A: No. You can use all benefits until the current billing cycle ends.
Q: Can I request a refund?
A: Yes, within 14 days of purchase. Contact customer service via the app, send an email, and provide your UID.
Q: How is the subscription fee deducted?
A: From your Apple ID’s linked payment method (credit card, debit card, or Apple Balance).
Q: Does the subscription expire when changing devices?

Service Content
DanceBody Workout VIP offers exclusive courses and premium services, including full course access and early access to new content. We may update services as needed and notify you in-app.
Subscription & Renewal
This is a periodic subscription that auto-renews at the end of each cycle by default. Fees are deducted from your Apple ID’s payment method. Cancel auto-renewal in device Settings to avoid future charges.

Service Types: Monthly Continuous / Annual Continuous / Quarterly Continuous
Billing Cycles:
Monthly: Auto-renews and bills monthly.
Quarterly: Auto-renews and bills quarterly.
Annual: Auto-renews and bills annually.

Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel anytime via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. You can use benefits through the current cycle. Refunds are generally not offered, except for special cases per our refund policy.
Membership Rights & Restrictions
VIP services are for personal use only—no transfer or sharing. We may adjust services as needed; commercial promotion or re-creation of VIP content is prohibited.

Auto-Renewal Subscription Rules

Auto-Renewal Mechanism
VIP membership auto-renews at the end of each cycle. Fees are deducted from your Apple ID to ensure uninterrupted service without manual action.
Renewal Cycle
The cycle matches your current subscription (e.g., monthly for monthly plans). Prices stay the same as your initial subscription unless notified otherwise.
Canceling Auto-Renewal
Cancel anytime: On iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > DanceBody Workout VIP > Cancel. It stops renewing at the end of the current cycle with no further charges.
Renewal Billing Time
Billing occurs within 24 hours before the cycle ends. A successful charge starts a new cycle; a failed charge may pause services until resolved.
Price Adjustment Notice
DanceBody Workout may adjust prices and will notify you via in-app messages before changes take effect for the next cycle. You can choose to continue subscribing.
Refund Policy
An auto-renewal charge starts a new cycle. Mid-cycle cancellations or refunds are not supported, except for special cases. Contact Apple Support with subscription details for refunds—DanceBody Workout does not process them directly.
Rights & Responsibilities
Using auto-renewal authorizes DanceBody Workout to charge your Apple ID regularly. If payment issues or system failures disrupt your subscription, you must renew promptly to avoid service interruptions.
